Plastic wrap is one of the most useful items in the kitchen. However, unrolling it can be annoying especially when it gets tangled on itself while you are unrolling it. Or it won’t stick to the surface. Sounds familiar?

Don’t get frustrated! Here are some ways to fix them.
Store the plastic wrap in the fridge just like professional chefs do to make it much easier to control. Cool food wrap behaves better, sticking and tearing less.
Wipe a few drops of water to the surface to be wrapped. You will notice that it will be much easier to cling to the side.
Or you can buy plastic wraps that come with built-in cutters
